1. Collection of general data and information (log data)

When you access our website, your browser sends a series of technical data that is logged by our domain host IT Heinrich UG. Mr Eike Hübenthal (Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) also has access to this data as part of his maintenance of our website's content management system. Your IP address, the name of the file accessed, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred and the success of the access are stored in a log file. The browser used, the operating system of your end device and the language and time zone settings may also be stored. You can prevent this by changing your browser settings. The website will remain available for you to use.

All data in the log file is without direct reference to personal data and will not be merged with other personal data under any circumstances. We record your access for data security reasons, to ensure the stability and operational security of our systems and to ward off unauthorised attacks. In addition, the data is collected to ensure the best possible presentation of the website content on your device. The data in the log file will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. The log file is deleted seven days after the data is collected.

2. Contact option via the website

Due to legal requirements, our website contains information that enables you to contact our company quickly and directly, including our email address. If you contact us by email, the personal data you provide will be stored automatically. Such personal data provided on a voluntary basis will be stored for the purposes of processing or contacting you. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

3. Routine deletion and restriction of the processing of personal data

We process and store your personal data only for the period of time necessary to achieve the purpose of storage or if this has been provided for by the European directive and regulation issuer or another legislator in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject.

If the purpose of storage no longer applies or if a storage period prescribed by European directive and regulation issuers or other competent legislators expires, the processing of personal data will be routinely restricted or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

You have the right to obtain information about your stored personal data free of charge upon request. In addition, you have the right to correct, delete, restrict the processing of, revoke your consent to data protection, and object to the processing of your personal data at any time in accordance with the statutory provisions. 5. Use of Google Maps

6. Legal basis for processing

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, the processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. The same applies to such processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of enquiries about our services.
